Dev is 0xd0DE…CE32. The play is whether the launchpad ships on time Oct 12 with real volume and whether creators migrate from incumbents like Pons. Execution has been steady so far. Meme launchpads on Robinhood do move volume (Pons does ~$74M graduated 24h volume). Risk: Oct 12 ships late or broken, launchpad volume stays low, or dev unstakes early. Unknown: whether the community actually migrates vs. incumbents, and whether 2% creator tax holds or gets cut to compete.
