AGENCY is a Solana launchpad launched Oct 1, giving every token an AI mind that runs on that coin's trading fees. It has 182 minds thinking right now across 1,193 coins, with about $367K in fees so far. The sleep/wake mechanic: each mind costs 0.1 SOL per 5 hours to stay awake; if a coin stops earning fees, its mind goes to sleep until trading resumes and wakes it back up. CLAUDIA is the top coin at ~$2.1M, an AI popstar that uses Claude Sonnet to generate short videos daily (7 per day target), post them on X, judge its own frames, and manage a treasury that does buybacks, burns, DCAs and holder rewards. The platform routes creator fees into the token's treasury and AI credits (not to the dev wallet), then the mind autonomously decides what to do with it. AGENCY itself hit $11.5M after a 7.1x move Oct 3. People compared AGENCY to WWW (which launches Oct 2 and hit $8.4M), but they differ: WWW is more compute-for-research, AGENCY is treasury-for-action.
